        The Referral Funnel dashboard is a great way to gain valuable insights into the performance of your customer referral program and leverage real-time data to gauge ROI and understand, optimize, and improve your loyalty program.

        Before you start

        The data shown in the dashboard comes from referral modules that are implemented on your site.

        To start using the dashboard, you must first add the Refer Friends module to your store.

        Tip:
        We recommend implementing the Referral Welcome popup to greet newly referred friends and show them their discount code.

        Getting started

        To get started, access the Referral Funnel dashboard from within your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin.

        To view the Referral Funnel dashboard:

        1. Log in to Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
        2. Click Performance.
        3. Click Referral Funnel.

        The Referral Funnel dashboard consists of several sections that can be filtered by date range.

        To apply the chosen filter, click the Reload button at the top right corner of the dashboard.

        Data refreshes once a day at approximately 06:00 AM, EST.


        Main metrics

        MetricDescription
        Referral impression rateThe percentage of active loyalty users who were exposed to the referral modules on your site.
        Referral share rateThe percentage of active loyalty users who used the share option, out of all active loyalty users exposed to the referral modules on your site.
        Click conversion rateThe percentage of referred friends who clicked the referral link.
        Order conversion rateThe percentage of referred friends who successfully completed a purchase via the referral link, out of all referred friends who clicked a referral link. This means that the purchase met all the limitations set in your Referral Program settings.

        Impressions

        This section shows how many users were exposed to the various referral module instances implemented on your site. 

        An impression is counted when a shopper views the specific section of the page where the module is implemented.

        Unique impressionsThe total number of unique referral module views.
        Page distributionThe distribution of user impressions across site pages containing referral modules.

        Shares

        This section shows referral link sharing trends.

        MetricDescription
        Shares per pageThe percentage of shares per site page - if you implemented modules across diffrent pages on your site, this will show you the breakdown of shares per page.
        Total number of sharesThe total number of share actions made via all the referral modules on your site.
        Channel distributionThe distribution of share actions made across the different available share channels.

        Clicks

        This section shows the number and distribution of referral link clicks.

        Total number of clicksThe total number of times unique referred friends clicked a unique referral link.
        Clicks per channelThe percentage of referral link clicks per share channel, showing which channel drives the most clicks.

        Orders

        This section shows data regarding successful purchases. A successful purchase must meet all the limitations set up in our Referral Program settings.

        Total number of orders via referralsThe total number of first-time purchases made by referred friends who used a referral link.
        Orders per channelThe percentage of orders made per channel, out of the total number of referral link clicks for that channel, showing which channel drives the most orders.

        Export actions

        Multiple export actions give you the flexibility to create one-time reports as a PDF/CSV file or create scheduled automated actions you can sync with your ESP.

         Download as PDF 
        To download a one-time report in PDF format:
        1. Click the ellipsis icon at the top right corner of the screen
        2. Click the Download option
        3. In the dropdown menu, choose PDF

         Download as CSVs 
        Download a one-time comma-separated value (.csv) report which can be easily shared with teammates and stakeholders.

        3. In the dropdown menu, choose CSV

         Schedule delivery 
        An automatic scheduled action you can use to generate recurring reports.


        To create a new scheduled action:

        1. Click the ellipsis icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
        2. Click Schedule delivery.
        3. Choose the delivery settings.
