# Resetting Your Yotpo Account Password

If you've forgotten your Yotpo password, follow these simple steps to reset it and regain access to your account.

1. **Navigate to the** **Yotpo Login Page**
2. **Click “Forgot Password?”** You'll find this link just below the login credentials.

3. **Enter your email address**

Make sure it's the email linked to your Yotpo account.
4. **Click “Continue”** This will trigger a password reset email to be sent.

6. **Click the “Reset Password” button in the email**
7. **Create a new password**
  - Enter your new password
  - Confirm your new password
  - Click **“Reset Password”** to save changes

**You’ll be redirected to the login page** Now, you can log in with your new password!

## **Password requirements**

To keep your account secure, your new password must include:

- Minimum **8 characters**
- At least **one uppercase letter**
- At least **one lowercase letter**
- At least **one number**

## **Troubleshooting**

****I didn't receive the email****

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes:

- Check your **Spam** or **Junk Mail** folders
- Ask your IT team to **whitelist the Yotpo domain** to ensure delivery

****Contacting Yotpo Support****

If you're unable to access your Yotpo account, send an email to helpcenter@yotpo.com and provide the email address affiliated with the account and your shop's URL.
