Yotpo's account settings include important details about your account and billing information.
Accessing your account settings
To access your account settings:
- Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of your Yotpo Reviews admin.
- Select Account Settings. You can now use the menu on the left to navigate to the specific settings you want to configure.
Changing your email preferences
You can update your email preferences from the pane on the right side of the Teammates page. Just select the types of notifications you’d like to receive.

System Notifications | System notification emails include important notifications about your Yotpo account. | Admin |
Newsletter | Receive email updates about new Yotpo features available for your account | Admin and Staff |
Reviews Notifications | Receive email updates when you get new reviews based on star rating. | Admin and Staff |
Q&A | Receive email updates when customers ask or answer questions. | Admin and Staff |
Comment on Notifications | Allow teammates to comment on reviews and questions within the notification emails. | Admin and Staff |
Please note:
Only one teammate can be designated to comment on notifications. Learn more about Yotpo user management
