Shopify: Finding Your Liquid Files

In this article, you'll learn how to find the following files:

• main-product.liquid file (for Shopify Online Store 2.0)
• product-template.liquid file (for Shopify Online Store 2.0)
• product.liquid file (for Shopify vintage themes)

Finding the the main-product.liquid file

To find the file:

1. Go to your Shopify Themes menu.
2. Click Actions > Edit Code.
3. Go to Sections.
4. Locate the main-product.liquid file.

Finding the product-template.liquid file

To find the file:

1. Go to your Shopify Themes menu.
2. Click Actions > Edit Code.
3. Go to Sections.
4. Locate the product-template.liquid file.

Finding the product.liquid file

To find the file:

1. Go to your Shopify Themes menu.
2. Click Actions > Edit Code.
3. Go to Templates.
4. Locate the product.liquid file.
