    Connecting your social media channels to Yotpo is one of the most effective ways to drive new customers to your store and boost sales. Let your best reviews do the talking and share them on your Facebook page to establish social proof and instill trust and confidence in your products, brand, and service.

    In this article, you'll learn how to set up Social Push.

    Connecting your social media accounts

    Before you can use Social Push, you must first connect your social media accounts to Yotpo. 

    Do the following:

    1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, click the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.

    2. Click Account Settings > Social Accounts.

    3. Next to the social media channel, click Connect.

    4. Authorize the app.

    5. Click Save Changes.

    You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time by clicking Disconnect.

    Setting a post title

    Now define the text you’d like to appear above your social media post.

    Do the following:

    1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Meta & Google > Social Push.

    2. Under Post Configuration, enter the title of the post. You can include the name of the product in the review and the user that posted the review.

    Posting reviews

    To manually push reviews from the Moderation panel, do the following:

    1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Reviews > Moderation.

    2. Under the review you want to post, click the 3-dot menu and select Push to Social

    3. Select Push to Facebook.

    Deleting posts

    Deleting a posted review is the same as deleting any other post from your Facebook page.
