If the feature is not available in your account, please [reach out to our support team](https://reviews.yotpo.com/#/?modal=contact_support). In this article, you'll learn how to troubleshoot errors you may encounter while using targeted review requests. ### Error messages upon uploading a CSV file: When you upload a CSV file for a targeted product or site review request, Yotpo checks the file before the requests are sent. If there is a problem with the file, an error message appears. - For more information about targeted product review requests, see [Creating a Targeted Product Review Request](https://support.yotpo.com/docs/creating-a-targeted-product-review). - For more information about targeted site review requests, see [Creating a Targeted Site Review](https://support.yotpo.com/docs/creating-a-targeted-site-review). **Valid emails** are the number of emails in the CSV file that are in the correct format (example@example.com). If some or all of those emails are invalid, you will receive the following error messages: ### Invalid file or File is not valid This message is displayed if you tried to upload a file that was not a CSV, was a CSV but not in the correct encoding (UTF-8), or did not contain the mandatory columns. ### We couldn't upload your file This message is displayed if the number of recipients exceeds the allowed limit. Edit the file and re-upload it with a number of recipients that does not exceed your remaining targeted review request allowance. ### No valid emails The file structure is valid but contains no valid emails and/or the emails listed are in the wrong format.
