No custom development is required. Novel manages the wallet pass experience and connects to Yotpo through APIs.

How Customers Can Join

1. Scan In-Store QR Code: Customers scan an in-store display to install the wallet pass.

2. Automatic Store Profile Creation: Installing the pass creates a Shopify profile, adds the customer to your loyalty program, and applies attribution tags.

Connecting Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals to Novel

To connect Yotpo with Novel:

1. Go to your Yotpo Loyalty admin.

2. Navigate to Integrations Center.

3. Search for Novel, then click Connect.

   

4. Follow the guided steps to authorize the connection.

5. Once connected, Novel will automatically configure the wallet pass and begin syncing loyalty data (referral and reward events) through Yotpo’s APIs.

If You’re Already Using Novel

1. Contact your Novel representative to enable the Yotpo integration.

2. Provide your Yotpo Program ID or API credentials.

3. Novel will configure your wallet pass to reflect loyalty points, rewards, and referral logic.
