# Yotpo UTM Parameters Reference Guide

UTM parameters are tags that you add to a URL. When someone clicks on a URL with UTM parameters, those tags are sent back to your **Google Analytics** for tracking.This document lists the Yotpo-specific UTM codes that you can use with Google Analytics.

## utm_source options

This is where your link traffic comes from. This parameter and its value are required.

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| yotpo | The source of your traffic will be attributed to Yotpo in the analytics. |

## utm_medium options

This is how the link is referred or delivered. This parameter and its value are required.

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| after_review_landing | Products on the landing page and promoted products in coupons |
| email | Automatic Review Requests, Manual Review Requests, Site Review After Service, Q&A notification Comment notification Promoted products in emails Links in coupons or other email generated by Yotpo |
| facebook | Social share or social push on Facebook |
| google_plus | Social share on Google+ |
| landing_page | The store link on the Site Reviews Landing page the customer reached after answering the TRR |
| linkedin | Social share on LinkedIn |

| twitter | Social share or social push on Twitter |

## utm_campaign options

While this parameter and its value are not required by Google, they are useful for tracking the performance of individual marketing programs."affiliation" refers to a promoted product.
