        Our integration between Zembula and Yotpo enables brands to pull into email real-time UGC content, product ratings and reviews, and loyalty data at the moment of engagement, creating a more personalized and engaging experience for each user.

        Before you start

        In order to connect Yotpo to your Zembula account, you’ll need your Yotpo app key and API secret. If you’re not sure how to find them, see Finding your Yotpo App Key and API Secret.

        Integrating Yotpo with Zembula

        To integrate Yotpo with Zembula, do the following:

        Step 1: Set up the integration

        1. Log into your Zembula account.
        2. From the panel on the left, select Company.
        3. At the top of the page, click Live Image Integrations.
        4. Select the Oauth integration.
        5. In the body section:
        • Next to “client_id”, enter your Yotpo API Key.
        • Next to “client_secret”, enter your Yotpo API secret.

        Step 2: Pick a template to customize

        1. From the panel on the left, select Image.
        2. At the top of the page, click the + icon to create a new image.
        3. Enter a name for your image, and then click Create experience.
        4. From the editor, click Templates
        5. Select Retail Templates, then Ratings & Reviews.
        6. Drag the template you want to use onto the artboard, then customize anything you want: fonts, colors, images, icons, etc.

        Step 3: Publish the image and export the code

        1. On the top right of the editor, click Publish.
        2. Under the Action dropdown, select Export.
        3. Check to make sure that the merge tag for the product ID matches your Email Service Provider’s merge tag.

        Step 4: Add to your email and deploy

        Drop the code snippet in your email template below your product image, then send yourself a test email.
