Finding your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key

Your Yotpo app key and secret key are used when integrating Yotpo with your eCommerce platform, integrating Yotpo with third-party applications, and in most Yotpo API endpoints. 

In this article, you'll learn how to retrieve your Yotpo app key and secret key.

Important to know

• Your secret key is only visible to the Yotpo account administrator. Teammates with Staff permissions cannot view the secret key. Learn more
• Make sure you store your secret key in a safe place and only share it with parties that should have access to your data.

Retrieving your app key

Your app key is sometimes referred to as your Store ID.

To retrieve your app key:

1. In Yotpo Reviews, click the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Account Settings > General Settings. You’ll find your App Key at the bottom of the General Settings section.

Retrieving your secret key

Your secret key is sometimes referred to as your API secret. 

To retrieve your secret key:

1. Follow the steps above to get to your Store Settings.
2. From your General Settings, click Get secret key. We’ll send an email with a verification code to the email address associated with your account.

3. Paste the code from the email and click Submit. Your secret key will be revealed on the next screen. Remember, only share your secret key with parties that should have access to your data.
