Lexer - Integration Guide for Reviews

The integration between Yotpo Reviews and Lexer enables you to sync your reviews data, driving more engagement from your most loyal customers and celebrating your biggest promoters.

You’ll be able to do the following:

• View a standardized set of review attributes from Yotpo
• Segment high-rating reviewers to highlight them as promoters
• Identify low-rating reviewers so you can suppress them from campaigns
• Create a segment of recent purchasers that haven’t submitted a review so you can offer them an incentive to do so.

Integrating Yotpo and Lexer

1. Log into your Lexer account.
2. In the top navigation bar, navigate to Manage > Integrations.
3. Scroll down through the integration tiles until you find the Yotpo tile.
4. Click the Yotpo tile.
5. Click Integrate Yotpo. A separate screen will appear asking you for your Yotpo account credentials.
6. Enter your Yotpo username and password.
7. Once you've added your Yotpo account credentials to the Yotpo tile in the Hub, please contact your Success Manager, or Lexer Support (support@lexer.io) to complete your Yotpo setup and configuration.
