Yotpo's Zendesk integration allows brands to generate reviews about their customer service by leveraging Yotpo’s Mail After Service solution. Once a support ticket is solved, a review request will be sent directly to your customer to collect feedback about their experience. Increase CVR on-site by publishing your reviews, and boost traffic by feeding them to Google so they appear in the search results of other shoppers online.

        About Zendesk

Zendesk builds software for better customer relationships. Improve customer engagement and better understand your customers across every channel using Zendesk’s full suite of solutions. More than 101,000 paid customer accounts in over 160 countries and territories use Zendesk products.

        Integrating Yotpo and Zendesk

Together, Zendesk and Yotpo help eCommerce sites improve customer experience by integrating user-generated content (UGC) and proactive support to lift consumer satisfaction and trust, in turn boosting sales and retention. Integrating Yotpo with Zendesk means you can request reviews for provided service after a ticket is solved. This is similar in principle to the Automatic Review Request for products.

Emails are sent for solved tickets according to the Automatic Review Request settings. By default, they are sent two days after the ticket is solved.

        Good to know:
        • Yotpo supports Zendesk Multibrand! If you're using Zendesk Multibrand with one or more Yotpo stores, you'll need to link each store to the relevant Zendesk subdomain.
        • If you have more than one Yotpo store and you're not using Zendesk Multibrand, you'll need to link each Yotpo store to a separate Zendesk account.

        To connect Zendesk and Yotpo:

        1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Integrations.
        2. Choose the Zendesk card and follow the connection process.
        3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain.

Not sure what your Zendesk subdomain is?
To learn what your subdomain is, click here.
        4. Click Connect.
        Please note:
        • Once you integrate Yotpo with Zendesk, Yotpo will send out review requests for provided service to all the tickets that have been solved within the last 15 days.
        • If you try to install Zendesk on an account that already has this feature, you will get a message saying Zendesk is already installed.

You can customize some of the email settings in the Mail After Service email:
