Manual Review Requests enable you to collect site or product reviews from targeted audiences by simply uploading a CSV file of existing customer information. **How are targeted review requests different from automatic review requests?**

Targeted review requests are manually configured review request emails, which are generated based on existing customer info. Unlike automatic review requests, which are automatically triggered by incoming orders from your store, targeted review requests rely on an existing database of past customers and are sent as burst emails to help you generate more reviews faster.
