    Important:
    This integration will only work if you are able to change the 'reply-to-email' on your helpdesk

    Adding Links to Comments and Q&A responses.

    Direct customers to other product pages, shipping policies, UGC galleries, or other resources by adding hyperlinks to your comments and Q&A answers. 

    To add a link to a comment on a review or an answer to a Q&A question, simply add the desired URL to your text. Your URL will automatically become clickable upon submission of your comment or answer to a Q&A question.

    Tip:
    Correctly formatted email addresses and telephone numbers are also clickable in your comments.

    Adding Clickable Text to your Comments and Answers

    Link text to your desired destination URL by using the following syntax when commenting via Moderation or email:

    [my clickable text](https://www.yotpo.com/

    Tip:

    The URL must begin with http:// or https://.

    We recommend testing your links in the Yotpo Admin console to ensure that they are properly formatted.
