        In this article, you'll learn how to configure the look and feel of your emails by customizing the Email Settings.

        Advanced Email Settings are available on selected Yotpo plans. To find out if these features are included in your plan, check out our pricing page.

        To access your email settings, do the following:

        1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Settings.
        2. Click Email Settings.

        General settings tab

        Profile picture

        With a few clicks, you can use your own store logo to boost your brand identity. Use any high-resolution JPG or PNG file. Yotpo will re-adjust the size for the proportions of the email.

        Please note:

        This setting affects the logo that appears on the landing page customers go to after leaving a review and, depending on your plan, in all emails sent by Yotpo

        • The logo should be up to 200 x 50 pixels
        • The maximum logo file size is 50 kb

        To add/remove a logo:

        1. Click the General Settings tab
        2. Click Upload/Remove
        3. Browse to the image you want to use
        4. Click Open
        5. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen

        Sender information

        Tip:
        Yotpo recommends that you use the same domain for the from email, from name and reply email
        Please note:

        If you leave these entries blank, the default is Yotpo, which may cause problems with certain email providers

        • From name - use a name that the customers can recognize or are familiar with
        • From email - use an email address that the customers can recognize or are familiar with. The chances they open the email are greater if they know who it is coming from.
        • Reply email - use the email address of a contact or department that is likely to be able to respond to customer replies

        To customize this information:

        1. Type the text in the appropriate field.
        2. Click Save Changes.

        Blocklist tab

        Available for:
        Growth, Prime, Premium, and Enterprise plans.

        Enter the email address of all customers to whom you don’t want to send automatic review request emails, or customers who have requested from you to remove them from the mailing list.

        To access the Blocklist tab:

        1. In Yotpo, navigate to Collect Reviews.
        2. Click Email Settings.
        3. Click Blocklist. 
        Please note:
        • If a customer has already unsubscribed from Automatic Review Request emails, you won’t be able to add them to your blocklist.
        • Adding an email address to your blocklist will also block manual review request emails.

        Adding a customer to your blocklist

        1. Enter the email address(es) in the Add to Blocklist field. After each address you enter, press Enter.
        2. Click Add to Blocklist.

        Removing a customer from your blocklist

        1. Enter the email address(es) in the Remove from Blocklist field.
        2. Click Remove from list.
