By streamlining subscription management and providing clear, consistent communication, you can boost customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and improve retention rates, creating a more personalized experience that strengthens long-term relationships and drives growth.
Important
You must have ReCharge installed on your Shopify store to complete this integration.
Connecting to ReCharge
To connect Yotpo SMS & Email to your Recharge account, follow these simple steps:
Go to Yotpo SMS & Email > Integrations and locate the ReCharge integration card.
Click the card to view a summary of the integration, then select Connect ReCharge to open the integration wizard.
Review the access permissions carefully and click Next to proceed.
Select Connect to complete the integration on the Yotpo SMS & Email side and move to ReCharge.
On the ReCharge page, review the access permissions again and click Install to finalize the connection.
Configure your integration settings by clicking Set up Recharge, or choose Do it later if you’d prefer to return to it at another time.
With this integration complete, you’re ready to streamline subscription management and enhance your customer communication!

Configuring Your Settings
On your ReCharge integration page, you can enable and disable the integration, customize the checkbox label for consent, and select the ReCharge consent text in three different languages.
Creating a ReCharge Flow
Once you’ve successfully installed Recharge, follow the steps below to set up the Yotpo SMS & Email flows.
Note
Emails triggered by Recharge flows use all existing SMS personalization tags in the email content editor. Additionally, they include useful store links as CTAs like subscription management and payment options.
Go to the Flows, click Browse templates and type Recharge in the search bar.
Select the flow you wish to use and click Customize flow.
In this step, you can include a discount by activating the toggle on the popup.
Edit the flow and flow message as you wish, then click Save.
The flow is now active! You can later edit or delete it from your Flows dashboard. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or feedback!
