        You can manage your segments directly from the Lists & Segments management page.

        The following actions are available:

        View segment members

        View all of the members of a segment, along with the information you collected about them in Shopify and/or Yotpo. The following information is available:

        • Email address
        • Phone number
        • First and last name
        • Loyalty information
        • Points balance
        • Purchase information
        • Tier

        To view the members of a segment, click the name of the relevant segment. Alternatively, you can click the 3-dot menu next to the segment and then select View.

        Tip:
        Want to export your segment members and their data to a CSV file? Just click Export in the top-right corner.

        Edit segment conditions

        1. Next to the segment you want to edit, click the 3-dot menu.
        2. Click Edit.
          Tip:
          Refer to the Summary on the right to check if the segment is currently being used by any active campaigns. Any changes you make will be automatically applied to these campaigns.
        3. Make the required changes. Learn more about segment conditions.
        4. When you’re done, click Save.
          You’ll now be returned to the Lists & Segments management page. You’ll be able to see your updated segment at the top of the list.

        Rename a segment

        1. Next to the segment you want to rename, click the 3-dot menu.
        2. Click Rename.
        3. Type a new name and press Enter on your keyboard.

        Duplicate a segment

        A quick way to create a new segment based on the conditions of an existing segment, is to duplicate the existing segment.

        1. Next to the segment you want to duplicate, click the 3-dot menu.
        2. Click Duplicate.
        3. Give your new segment a memorable name so you can find it later, and click Save. You’ll now be returned to the Lists & Segments management page. Your new segment will be easily identifiable as it will have a NEW label next to it.
        Tip:
        To learn about editing the conditions of a segment, see Edit segment conditions.

        Delete a segment

        Please note:
        • Deleting a segment will permanently remove it from your account
        • You cannot delete a segment that is being used by an active campaign
        1. Next to the segment you want to delete, click the 3-dot menu.
        2. Click Delete.
        3. To confirm, click Delete again.
