# Omnichannel Loyalty Solutions

If you sell through brick-and-mortar, you can use Yotpo's omnichannel loyalty program to let your customers be part of the program no matter whether they are buying online or in-store. Once you are using Yotpo's omnichannel loyalty program your customers can:

- Gain points for purchasing in-store (as well as online).
- Redeem existing points to get discounts in-store.
- Create a loyalty account in the store.
- Get coupons to use in the store.

## Yotpo's omnichannel solutions

Yotpo offers two options to create the best possible experience for your customers in-store.

1. **Shopper Managed Loyalty** - This is a lighter integration that puts the control in the hands of the shopper. The shopper uses his mobile to access their points and redeem them for discounts. Read more about this solution [here](/v1/docs/omnichannel-shopper-managed-loyalty).
2. **Store Associate Managed Loyalty** - In this option, the integration requires more effort but every interaction happens on top of the POS itself. This means that the store associate redeems points/ creates accounts/ etc. in the POS interface.
