- Your customer submitted a poor review, you've taken action to resolve the issue, and you'd like the customer to submit a new review that reflects your effort.

Resending an automatic review request
- From your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Reviews > Moderation.
- Search for the review you'd like to resend the Automatic Review Request email to.
- Click the 3-dot menu.
- Click Re-send Review Request.
- Enter the email subject and body message in the window:
You can include the following shortcodes in the email:- {{user}} - The reviewer's name
- {{product}} - The product name
- {{store_name}} - The name of your store
- Click Send.
