Standalone Referral Program

The Referral Program can easily be used as a standalone program, without a larger loyalty program.

If you wish to run a referral program only, the following is a guide for how to disable all loyalty-related programs. 

1. Disable any active ways in which your customers can earn points

1. Log in to your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin
2. Go to the Earning Points tab
3. Click the Pause button of every campaign other than the Referral Program:
   

You also have the option to delete a campaign:

2. Disable any on-site items related to the paused campaigns

The Rewards Popup needs to be hidden. If it is not hidden it will appear on your site by default, even if campaigns are paused.

1. Log in to your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
2. Go to On-site Modules > Rewards popup.
3. Click the "Customize" button on the current popup.
4. Under "tab" set both positions to "hidden"
5. Click on the Save Changes button.
   

Now you're ready to set up the referral program on a standalone basis.
