Generating past orders for WooCommerce stores is an easy process.
Please note:
Yotpo sends out automatic review request emails to your past customers immediately after you activate the feature. Make sure you customize the Automatic Review Request email template before activating it. If you don't wish for emails to be sent out to your past customers, only to future ones, please contact our support team.
- Log into your WordPress back-end.
- Click Yotpo in the sidebar.
- Click the Submit Past Orders button at the bottom of the page in order for the system to pull orders from your store that took place in the last 90 days.
