        The cancellation process changes according to your Yotpo plan:

        • Canceling a monthly plan
          You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time to stop your subscription. See the instructions below.
        • Canceling an annual plan
          When you cancel an annual plan, your subscription will run until the end of the billing period, and will not be automatically renewed. 
        • Canceling a custom plan
          To cancel a plan with custom pricing, for example, Enterprise, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Alternatively, open a case with Yotpo's support team.

        To avoid sending unwanted Automatic Review Request emails or being billed unintentionally, please ensure you complete both steps below.

        • Remove the relevant code snippet(s) or application from your store admin.

        Follow the instructions in the articles below to learn how to remove Yotpo from your Shopify or BigCommerce.

        Cancelling a monthly plan:

        1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, click the Profile icon on the upper-right corner of your screen.
        2. Click Settings.
        3. Go to Social Accounts and disconnect your account from Facebook in case it's connected.
        4. Go to Billing. On the active plan you want to cancel, open the dropdown menu and click Cancel subscription.
        5. Complete the cancellation wizard to finish canceling your subscription.
