        If you're using our In-Store Module to enable an omnichannel loyalty experience for your customers, follow the steps below to get your in-store reward options set up correctly:

        1. From your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals main menu go to Rewards, and select Redeeming Points.
        2. You can choose to change an existing coupon to be an in-store coupon, or create a new coupon.  To create a new coupon click on Create a New Coupon.
        3. In the "I want to use this coupon to reward customers" dropdown, select "When they redeem their points"  this option creates Rewards Popup coupons.
        4. In the "Where the coupon will be used?" dropdown, there are three options - relevant for any coupon type (fixed amount, custom coupon, variable, etc). 
        • Online - Choose this option if you want the coupon to only appear online (in your redemption module). 
        • In store - Choose this option if you want the coupon to only appear in the in store module (and not online). 
        • In store and Online - Choose this option if you want the coupon to appear both online and in the in store module.

          Why can't I see this option in my admin?

          It's possible that the omnichannel feature has not been enabled to your account,
          please contact our support or your customer success representative. 

          5. Proceed with completing the rest of the custom coupon fields and click Save Coupon.
