Login flow for the in-store module

This is the first screen of your In-Store module and the first screen your customers will see when they land on your module. On this screen, customers will log-in to their loyalty account or sign up for a loyalty account if they do not have one already!

    Log-in flow

If a customer has an account with your store, they will:

    1. Enter their email address in the "email address" field.
    2. Receive a "We Sent You An Email" verification message.
    3. Receive the In-Store Loyalty Authentication Link email to log-in to their widget.
    4. Click the link in their email to be taken to the My Profile screen.

    Verification email

This is what the default verification email looks like:

    Customizing the verification email

    1. To customize the verification email, open the Triggered Email section under Programs
    2. Scroll down until you get to the In-Store Loyalty Authentication Link email.
What does it mean if I can't find the verification email?
You might not have the in store module feature enabled in your account. Please contact Yotpo support or your customer success representative.
This email is enabled by default, if you choose to disable it - emails will not go out to your customers through the above mentioned flow.
    3. Click on Customize Email to edit email content or styling.
