Goals and Outcomes

The Dynamic Products block allows you to display products in your email based on triggers from flows. This feature helps you create personalized and relevant emails for your customers, increasing engagement and conversion rates.

Dynamic Products Block Overview

The Dynamic Products block displays products in your email, based on triggers from flows. For example:

  • If your flow’s trigger is an abandoned cart, your email can include the products left in the cart

  • If your flow’s trigger is an order, your order confirmation email can list the purchased products

In the Dynamic Products block, you can define how many products to display, and which product details to include, for example, the product image, the price, the quantity, etc. You can add the Dynamic Products block to emails when creating or editing flows, and to  templates that you use in your flows.

Important

The Dynamic Product block is available when creating or editing a flow with an email action. The block is not available for regular campaigns.

Adding the Dynamic Products Block to Your Email

Note

You can only add one dynamic product block into your email.

If your flow event trigger is Add-to-cart and your shoppers have multiple products in their cart, the products that will be visible in the dynamic product block will be the last product added to the cart.

Additionally, the flow will send one email if multiple products are added within 5 minutes of each other. For products added less frequent, one email will be sent for each product.
