        The Rebuy integration with Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals lets you use the Smart Cart app to show customers how many points they have available for discounts, and how many additional points they can earn when completing a purchase.

        You can also use customer tags to create personalized on-site experiences for customers according to their VIP tier status.

        Using Rebuy’s Smart Cart app

        Use the Smart Cart app for Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals to allow customers to keep track of their loyalty points and make informed decisions about their purchases, enhancing their overall shopping experience.

        To set up the Smart Cart integration:

        1. In your Rebuy administrative portal, click on the Smart Cart settings tab and choose the particular Smart Cart you wish to enable the integration for.

        2. Search for Yotpo Loyalty under the Apps section of the page.

        3. Specify where you would like the app to render in Smart Cart via the dropdown.

        4. Click the gear icon next to the toggle switch and fill out the required fields. You can find your Yotpo API key and GUID in your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals General Settings page, under Integrations.

        5. Click Save.

        You can go back and modify where you would like the app to appear in the cart. You have the flexibility to choose from three placement options: below the checkout, below the subtotal, or above the subtotal. Furthermore, you have the option to display the app exclusively when there are items in the cart, or to show it regardless of whether there are items in the cart or not.

        Using customer tags

        Using customer tag rules in a Rebuy widget's data source is a great way to tailor your offers to the customers who see them.

        Targeting VIP tier customers

        Using Customer Tags offers more specific control over which products and offers are shown to your customers. For example, this rule would show AI Recommendations to a specific VIP tier customer with a designated tag:
