How can customers add photos to their reviews?
Customers can upload visual content in two ways: through Review Request Emails and directly on-site using the Reviews Widget.
Note
Adding photos and videos is available only in Reviews Widget V3. If you still use an older widget version, consider upgrading to V3 to access these features.
I've imported reviews with images, but they're not showing up. What could be wrong?
When importing reviews with images, ensure that the URL is an accessible direct link to the resource and ends with the image format (e.g., .jpg or .png). For multiple images, separate the URLs with semicolons (;) without spaces.
Q: Can I disable the email verification sent to customers after they submit a review?
No, the email verification step cannot be disabled. This process is essential for verifying the authenticity of reviews and maintaining the trustworthiness of your store’s review content. It is system-managed and applies to all reviews submitted through Yotpo.
