Developed with Shopify merchants in mind, Flashchat is a plug & play Conversational Commerce Platform that helps eCommerce businesses convert their social media audience & store visitors into paying customers using Automated Messenger Conversations. 

Integrating Yotpo and Flashchat

Syncing Flashchat with Yotpo is super easy and takes just a few minutes to set up! Once integrated, you'll be able to seamlessly leverage your best user-generated content, incorporating product reviews and star ratings within abandoned cart messenger campaigns. You'll also be able to upsell customers with automatically generated cart abandonment bundle messages.

Step 1: Install Flashchat

If you haven't already installed Flashchat, head over to the Shopify App Store and add the app.

Step Two: Onboarding and Setup

Complete the Flashchat onboarding process, navigate to the Integrations page, and click on Yotpo.

Step 3: Integrate with Yotpo

1. Log in to Yotpo
2. Click on Account Settings in the upper right-hand corner
   
3. Click on the Store tab
   
4. Copy your App Key and Secret Key from the API Credentials section
5. Paste the values in their corresponding fields in Flashchat's integration configuration section
   
6. Click Save
7. That's it! You're all set.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration is set up, your best Yotpo reviews and promoted products will appear within your Flashchat cart abandonment messages.
