Klevu - Integration Guide

The integration between Yotpo Reviews and Klevu enables you to see the star rating of products in your Kelvu catalog so you can:

• Dynamically display star ratings on product results to increase click-through rate
• Use product ratings in Klevu's AI & ML for prioritizing which products to promote
• Filter products by rating to allow better user experience and highlight your most loved products

Klevu stands out with its natural language processing capabilities, continuous machine learning to personalize a shopper's experience and optimize results to drive conversions, as well as the ease of implementation.

Setting up the integration

To set up the integration between Yotpo and Klevu:

1. Log in to your Klevu Merchant Center. 
2. On the bottom left of the screen, you should see a new link called Connectors. Click this link to see a list of the applicable connectors for your store. 
3. Find the Yotpo listing and click CONFIGURE on the bottom right.
4. In a separate window, log into your Yotpo Reviews account.
5. Back in Klevu, click Connect. A new popup will prompt for your authorization for connecting Klevu with Yotpo.
6. Click Authorize and wait for the page to refresh.

That’s it, Yotpo is now connected with your Klevu account.
