Searchanise - Integration Guide

Yotpo's integration with Searchanise allows you to show customer ratings and reviews in the instant search widget and on the search results page, allowing you to easily and effectively promote your most popular and top rated products.

Searchanise helps customers find products in online stores by delivering relevant search results to your customers instantly as they type. Searchanise showcases relevant products, categories, special offers and discounts that are relevant to each search in a single widget.

How it works

Yotpo's integration with Searchanise helps convert more visitors into paying customers by showcasing relevant suggestions, categories and product reviews that are relevant to each search when a visitor types a search request. By presenting your product reviews and ratings in visitors' search results, you can leverage your best social prood to bring more traffic to your site. 

Integrating Yotpo and Searchanise

First, make sure you've already installed Searchanise and Yotpo.

To integrate Yotpo and Searchanise:

If you installed Searchanise after March 29, 2020:

1. Log in to Searchanise.
2. Click Integrations. 
3. Turn the toggle underneath the Yotpo logo to On.
4. Click Connect. You will be redirected to Yotpo Reviews. 
5. If you're not already logged into Yotpo, do so.
6. Click Authorize. You'll be returned to the Searchanise control panel. 
7. Go to your Searchanise Dashboard.
   
8. Click Force re-indexation. Wait for re-indexation to complete.

If you installed Searchanise before March 29, 2020:

In order to connect Yotpo to your Searchanise account, you’ll need your Yotpo app key and API secret. If you’re not sure how to find them, see Finding your Yotpo App Key and API Secret.

1. Log in to Searchanise.
2. Click Integrations.
3. Paste your Yotpo API Key and Secret in the relevant fields.
4. Click Apply Changes.
5. Go to your Searchanise Dashboard.
   
6. Click Force re-indexation. Once indexation is complete, Yotpo reviews will appear within Searchanise search widgets.
