Plobal Apps - Integration Guide

The integration between Plobal Apps and Yotpo enables you to reward your customers for taking specific actions. This helps you boost customer engagement on your mobile apps and multiply each shopper's spend per transaction.

Reward your customers with points whenever they complete an action such as writing a product review, following you on social media, or referring a friend. Your customers can redeem these points in multiple ways on their next purchase. Upon clicking an option, they’ll get a discount code that they can use on the checkout page.

Setting up the Reviews integration

To set up the integration between Plobal Apps and Yotpo Reviews, do the following:

1. Install the Yotpo Product Reviews & Photos app on your Shopify Store.
2. Email your app name, Yotpo app key, and secret key to customersuccess@plobalapps.com. Not sure how to find your app key and secret key? See our help center article.

Setting up the Loyalty & Referrals integration

To set up the integration between Plobal Apps and Yotpo Loyalty & Reviews, do the following:

1. Install the Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards app on your Shopify Store.
2. Open your Plobal Apps app, and select the Design tab up top. 
3. From the main menu on the left, select Integrations.
4. You'll now see a Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards section. Select this option and enter in your API Key and GUID.
   
   Please note:

   To find your Yotpo API Key and GUID, follow these steps. You can also access these steps from the Learn more link below in your Plobal Apps app below the Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards section.
5. To publish your Loyalty & Rewards program, you need to update your Plobal Apps app.
