Read-Only Reviews Widget (Legacy)

The 'Read-Only' feature of the Review Widget prevents any visitors to your site from leaving a review by disabling the 'Write a Review' button. The only option for a customer to leave a review when this setting is enabled is via the Mail After Purchase email.

Enabling the Read-Only Reviews Widget

1. From your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to On-Site Widgets.
2. Click Reviews Widget.
3. Click the General Settings tab.
4. Scroll to the 'Read Only Widget' checkbox and click to enable.
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
   
   Now, customers who visit your site will no longer have the option to leave an on-site review via the Reviews Widget.
