Swym Wishlist Plus Integration Guide for Yotpo SMS & Email

Swym’s Wishlist Plus lets you integrate with Yotpo SMS & Email to send out various types of SMS and email campaigns based on your shoppers’ wishlist actions.

• The integration supports the following triggers:
• Automatic alert when a product is added to the wishlist
• Automatic wishlist reminder alert
• Automatic ‘saved for later’ product alert
• Automatic ‘saved for later’ reminder alert
• Price drop and low stock alerts on wishlist items
• Sharing of wishlist
• Wishlist sign-up confirmation

In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration between Yotpo and Swym.

About Swym Wishlist Plus

The Wishlist Plus app enables your customers to bookmark their favorite products and pick up where they left off when they return to your store. A deep set of features makes it the best wishlist available.

Connecting Swym Wishlist Plus with Yotpo

To connect Swym and Yotpo, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Swym admin and go to More > Integrations. If you’re already logged in, click this link and skip to Step 3.
2. In the Yotpo SMS & Email card, click Configure.
3. In the Wishlist Plus card, click Connect. If you're not logged in, this will redirect you to the Yotpo login page. 
4. Click Connect and follow the connection guide.
5. Once the apps are connected, you will be redirected back to the Swym admin. On this page, you can choose the event triggers sent to Yotpo SMS & Email. 
6. On the top-right corner of the screen, click Save.

You’ve now successfully set up the connection between Wishlist Plus and Yotpo SMS & Email. The triggers you set up in the previous step will be sent to Yotpo SMS & Email as events.

Next, set up flows in Yotpo SMS & Email for each trigger you’ve enabled.

Setting up Swym Wishlist Flows

For each flow you create in Yotpo SMS & Email, some shortcodes can be used in Actions and in Conditions, which we’ve listed below, along with a snapshot of a sample flow.

Disabling Yotpo SMS & Email in Wishlist Plus

If at any point, you want to stop events from being sent to Yotpo SMS & Email, click Disable. This will retain your settings but will stop information from flowing into Yotpo SMS & Email from the Wishlist Plus app temporarily. 

Uninstalling Yotpo SMS & Email in Wishlist Plus

If you want to completely disconnect Yotpo SMS & Email and Wishlist Plus, click Uninstall.
