Bundles allow merchants to display reviews for multiple products together on a bundle page. This helps strengthen social proof for product kits, product routines, and predefined product sets by showcasing combined customer feedback in one place. Instead of requiring shoppers to leave reviews specifically for the bundle itself, existing reviews from the individual products can be aggregated and displayed on the bundle page.

Feature Overview
Bundles allow you to group multiple products under a single bundle entity and display their reviews together. When products are assigned to a bundle, their existing reviews are automatically aggregated and shown on the bundle page. This enables merchants to showcase reviews for product kits or sets without needing customers to leave a separate review for the bundle. Reviews displayed on the bundle indicate the product they were originally submitted for.
Review aggregation works in one direction: Product reviews → Bundle. Reviews submitted for the bundle are not synced back to the individual products.
Shoppers can also filter reviews within the bundle to see feedback related to specific products included in the bundle. For example, a bundle called “Summer Skincare Kit” may include a cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF. Reviews from these products will be displayed together on the bundle page.
A bundle consists of:
A bundle product (the parent product that customers purchase)
Included products (the individual products whose reviews are aggregated into the bundle)
Getting Started
Before creating a bundle, make sure the bundle product exists in your store’s product catalog. To create a bundle, navigate to the Bundles section in the Reviews admin and create a bundle. After selecting the bundle product, you can assign the products whose reviews should appear within the bundle.
Once the bundle is saved, reviews from the selected products will begin appearing on the bundle page.
Feature Process
Create a bundle
Go to Reviews.
Navigate to Bundle Reviews.
Click Add reviews to bundle.
Search for and select the bundle product.
Click Next: Select included products.
Search for the products whose reviews you want to include in the bundle.
Click Publish bundle reviews.
Once saved, reviews from the assigned products will begin appearing on the bundle. This might take a few minutes.
Manage products in a bundle
You can update the products included in a bundle at any time.
To edit a bundle:
Go to Reviews.
Open Bundle Reviews.
Select the bundle from the list.
Open the three dots menu and select Edit included products, or select the bundle directly.
To add a product, click + Add product. To remove a product, hover over it and click the trash icon.
When you’re done, click Back to Bundle reviews.
Allow a few minutes for the updates to appear in your store. Review aggregation will update automatically after the changes are saved.

Enable Filter by Product
You can allow shoppers to filter reviews by the products included in the bundle.
To enable this option:
Go to On-site Widgets.
Select the Reviews Widget.
Navigate to Sorting and Filtering.
Under Filter by, enable Products within bundle.
Note
This option is available for widget version 0.141.0 and above.
Once enabled, shoppers will be able to filter and view reviews associated with each specific product included in the bundle.
Key Information
Review sync timing: Newly aggregated reviews may take several minutes to appear on the bundle due to caching layers.
One-way review aggregation: Reviews are aggregated from products to the bundle only (Product → Bundle; bundle reviews are not synced back).
Product variants: When you add a product to a bundle, all of its variants are included automatically because variants share the same review set.
Grouped products: Products that belong to a product group can still be added to bundles, and their grouped reviews will also be aggregated.
Number of products: There is no limit to the number of products that can be included in a bundle.
Review collection behavior: Reviews are collected based on how the bundle appears in the order:
If the bundle appears as a single product, a review request is sent for that product.
If the bundle appears as multiple products, a multi-product review request is sent for those items.
Syndication: For internal syndication, only reviews submitted directly for the bundle are syndicated. Reviews aggregated from the bundle’s products are not syndicated.
AI-generated summary: The AI summary analyzes only reviews that were submitted directly for the bundle. Reviews aggregated from the bundle’s products are not included.
