Tray - Yotpo Integration Guide

Tray enables Yotpo partners and customers to create personalized customer experiences by allowing them to set up complex workflows between Yotpo products and other marketing and operations platforms.

How it works

This integration lets brands set up workflows with highly personalized segmentation rules and reconcile product order information. Operations that exist in Tray today include: 

• Retrieve a list of unsubscribers
• Re-add or remove a set of email addresses
• Retrieve orders from Yotpo and much more

Authenticating your account

Yotpo Reviews

When using the Yotpo connector, go to your Tray.io admin and click on 'New Authentication' in the step editor.

Ensure you correctly add your Yotpo credentials correctly otherwise, operations will not be able to be run correctly.

Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals

When using the Yotpo Loyalty connector, the first thing you will need to do is go to your Tray.io account page and select the workflow you wish to work on. Once in the workflow builder itself, search and drag the Yotpo Loyalty connector from the connectors panel (on the left-hand side) onto your workflow. With the new Yotpo Loyalty connector step highlighted, in the properties panel on the right, click on the Authenticate tab and 'Add new authentication' (located under the 'Authentication' field).

This will result in a Tray.io authentication pop-up window. The first page will ask you to name your authentication and state which type of authentication you wish to create ('Personal' or 'Organisational').

As you can see, the next page asks you for your Yotpo GUID and API Key credentials.
