        Choosing the correct Yotpo plugin version

        Yotpo can be installed on Adobe Commerce via the Adobe Marketplace or with Composer.

        Make sure to install the Yotpo plugin version that is most compatible with your Adobe Commerce 2 version.

        Installing Yotpo on Adobe Commerce

        You can install Yotpo either from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace or directly with Composer.

        Installing from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace

        The Yotpo module for Adobe Commerce 2 can be installed as any other module through the Adobe Marketplace:

        1. Log in to the Adobe Marketplace.
        2. Add the Yotpo module to your cart.
        3. Complete the checkout process. No payment or payment details are required at this stage.
        4. Click Install, and then select the relevant version.
        5. Follow the instructions to complete installation.

        Installing with Composer

        Important:
        The following steps should be implemented by an experienced Adobe Commerce administrator or developer.

        To install the Adobe Commerce 2 module with Composer:

        1. Open the command line.
        2. Run the following commands one after the other in your Adobe Commerce 2 installation directory: 
        Important!
        • If you're using Adobe Commerce 2.0.X, you should use the 2.4.5 version of the Yotpo Plugin, and add it to the first command like this: composer require yotpo/module-review:2.4.5
        • If you're using Adobe Commerce 2.1.X, you should use the 2.7.5 version of the Yotpo Plugin, and add it to the first command like this: composer require yotpo/module-review:2.7.5
        composer require yotpo/module-review
        php bin/magento maintenance:enable
        php bin/magento setup:upgrade
        php bin/magento setup:di:compile
        php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
        php bin/magento maintenance:disable
        php bin/magento cache:flush
        Important:
        This command is not specific to Yotpo and will upgrade the entire Adobe Commerce plugin. This may alter your store files and configuration. Please proceed cautiously when running it.
