Order statuses trigger automatic review request emails to be sent out to your customers.

Below is a list with the different eCommerce platform order statuses supported by Yotpo:

Please note:

By default, Yotpo automatically pulls orders from the last 30 days when a new account is created. You can change this timeframe in the installation process. Available order pulling timeframes:

  • Shopify and BigCommerce - 1 to 180 days.
  • Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce - 1 to 90 days.
Platform Default Order status received by Yotpo Status Customization
Shopify - Free, Growth, and Premium Customers Yotpo will pull orders with a 'Fulfilled' or 'Delivered' order status N/A
BigCommerce - Free Customers Yotpo will pull all orders statuses except for 'Incomplete', 'Refunded', 'Cancelled' and 'Declined' order statuses  If you'd like Yotpo to pull 'Shipped' or 'Completed' statuses only, please contact Yotpo Support
BigCommerce - Growth and Premium Customers Yotpo will pull orders with a 'Shipped' or 'Completed' order status If you'd like Yotpo to pull different order statuses, please contact Yotpo Support
WooCommerce Yotpo will pull orders with a  Completed order status If you wish, you can change the order status setting by accessing the Yotpo plugin via your WooCommerce admin
Adobe Commerce 1 and 2 Yotpo will pull orders with a Completed order status If you wish, you can change the order status setting by accessing the Yotpo plugin via your Magento admin
Volusion - Free Customers Yotpo will pull all orders statuses except for 'Cancelled' If you'd like Yotpo to pull 'Shipped' status only, please contact Yotpo Support
Volusion - Growth and Premium Customers Yotpo will only pull orders set to 'Shipped' If you'd like Yotpo to pull all orders statuses except for Cancelled, please contact Yotpo Support
Salesforce Commerce Cloud The Salesforce Commerce Cloud export orders job will only export orders with the following states:

Order.EXPORT_STATUS_READY
or
Order.EXPORT_STATUS_EXPORT
N/A
Generic (all other platforms) As defined by user  As defined by user
