Alloy - Integration Guide

Use the Yotpo and Alloy integration to automate tedious tasks so that you can focus on growing your store.

This integration enables you to do the following:

• Follow up on reviews: Trigger messages based on positive/negative reviews, give store credit, or provide a free subscription month to reward positive comments
• Reward custom customer actions: Reward customers with loyalty points for any action across dozens of apps
• Use loyalty data in marketing apps: Use loyalty data in your customer support desk so you can auto-prioritize tickets, or use it to segment SMS or email campaigns

About Alloy

Alloy is a no-code eCommerce automation tool that’s used by D2C brands and agencies to automate all sorts of operational tasks for their stores. Alloy eliminates manual work across fulfillments, marketing, customer experience, and more.

How it works

This integration connects to the Yotpo Loyalty and Yotpo Reviews webhooks and GET/POST endpoints. Merchants can authenticate via OAuth and then pass data from other apps into Yotpo, or push review or loyalty data from Yotpo into their email marketing apps, customer support desk, and more. If the merchant selects the Yotpo Reviews or Loyalty Trigger, they can start a workflow when an event in Yotpo occurs.

Authenticating your account

To connect Alloy with Yotpo, you’ll first need to authenticate your account.

First, log into your Alloy account.

• For Yotpo Reviews: In the Authenticate step, click Connect Yotpo Reviews to quickly connect your account.
• For Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals: In the Authenticate step, add your API Key and GUID from your account page. Learn how to find your API key and GUID.
