    Opening a ticket from your Yotpo account

    To submit a ticket from your Yotpo Account, do the following:

    1. Log into your Yotpo account.

      Forgot your password?

      To learn how to reset your password click here.

    2. Click the question mark icon on top.

    3. Select Contact Support.

    4. Fill out the ticket submission form. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing. Feel free to include any relevant examples or steps that would help us recreate the issue on our end.

    Please note:

    Only select the I'm an agency checkbox if you are a development, marketing, or SEO agency.

    1. Once you're done, click Submit.
      We'll send you a confirmation email with your ticket number so you can easily follow up on your request.

    Opening a live chat

    Available for:

    Our chat support is open 24/7 and is a real-time interaction. 

    To start a chat session, open your Yotpo Account and click the chat button located at the lower-right corner of the screen.

    The live chat will show your current number in the queue. You may have to wait for the next available agent.

    Please note:

    You can cancel the chat at any time and a chat transcript will be emailed to you.
