Our monthly plans come with a set number of orders per pricing tier. To avoid interruption if your total order number ever reaches your plan limit, you can enable Reviews Booster. Reviews Booster lets you add additional orders on top of your monthly allowance, providing your business maximum flexibility. You don't need to move up a tier just to capture more reviews, and you won't miss out on the opportunity to capture great reviews as your business grows in popularity.

You’ll only pay for the additional orders you use, and the additional charges will be added to your monthly bill.

        How it works

If you enable Reviews Booster and then exceed your monthly order limit, we’ll charge your monthly subscription fee plus the number of additional orders you used. The price for additional orders that exceed your allowance will vary according to your Yotpo plan.

You can cap your additional orders to make sure you stay in control of your spending, and you won’t be charged for any additional orders you don’t use.

        Example:

Our Growth 50 plan gives you 50 monthly orders with a monthly subscription fee of $15. Let’s say you choose to allow a maximum of 25 additional orders per month. Of these 25 additional orders, you use 10. In this case, you’ll pay $15 for the subscription plan + $2 (10*$0.20) for the additional orders.

Each month, we’ll count the number of additional orders you used, and you’ll be charged for them in the upcoming billing cycle. You won’t be charged for any additional orders you didn’t use.

        Setting it up

To enable Reviews Booster, do the following:

        1. Log into Yotpo Reviews.
        2. Click the  icon in the top right corner of your Yotpo admin.
        3. Click Account Settings > Billing. The Billing page is displayed.
        4. Click Edit > Enable Reviews Booster. A popup is displayed.
        5. From the dropdown, select the maximum number of additional orders you’d like to add. You can come back and change this at any time.
        6. Click Enable Reviews Booster. If you’re a Shopify user, you’ll now be redirected to Shopify so you can approve the subscription.
        Tip:
If you’ve already reached your order limit when you enable additional orders, requests for orders made after you reached the limit will not be sent. To avoid missing out on reviews, we recommend you enable additional orders right away.
