Setting up Your Store in Yotpo

From your Yotpo store settings, you can connect your Yotpo account with social platforms, import or update your store's product catalog, and connect your eCommerce Platform to your Yotpo account.
Got more than one store?
You can navigate between your stores from any page in Yotpo by clicking the store name dropdown on the top-right corner of the screen. If you want to manage the order in which your stores are displayed, please contact your Yotpo representative.
Accessing your store settings
To access your store settings:
In Yotpo Reviews, click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
Click Account Settings. You can now use the menu on the left to navigate to the specific store settings you want to configure.
Updating your store details
View your store details and choose your language settings in General Settings.
Connecting Yotpo to your social accounts
Connect your Yotpo account with Facebook to leverage your reviews.

Can I use one Yotpo account for multiple websites?
It's best practice to use one Yotpo account per domain or website. However, Yotpo offers a Reviews Syndication feature that allows you to showcase the same reviews across different domains.
