Goals and Outcomes

From your Yotpo store settings, you can connect your Yotpo account with social platforms, import or update your store's product catalog, and connect your eCommerce platform to your Yotpo account.

In this article, you’ll learn how to access your store settings, update your store details, manage your product catalog and connected platforms, and add or switch between stores.

Got more than one store?

You can navigate between your stores from any page in Yotpo by clicking the store name dropdown on the bottom left corner of the screen. If you want to manage the order in which your stores are displayed, please contact your Yotpo representative.

Accessing Your Store Settings

To access your store settings:

  1. Log into Yotpo Reviews.

  2. From the account menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen, select Account Settings. Use the menu on the left to navigate to the specific store settings you want to configure.

Updating Your Store Details

View your store details and choose your language settings in General Settings.

Connecting Yotpo to Your Social Accounts

Connect your Yotpo account with Facebook to leverage your reviews in Social Accounts.

Changing your website or eCommerce platform may affect the integration with your store. If you are switching platforms, see Switching eCommerce Platforms.

FAQ

Can I add another domain or website to my existing Yotpo account?

It’s best practice to use one Yotpo account per domain or website. However, Yotpo offers Reviews Syndication that allows you to share reviews across different domains. Yotpo also supports multi-store management.

How to add another domain or website to my Yotpo account?

Yotpo’s multi-store feature is only available to Premium and Enterprise annual plans. It’s not supported on Free, Starter, or Pro plans. To access this feature, you need to upgrade your plan. See available plans here.

To add another store:

  1. Log in to Yotpo Reviews.

  2. From the account menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen, click Add a store.

    Note

    If you cannot see the Add Store button, you may have reached the predefined number of stores for your account. To increase the limit, contact your CSM.

  3. In the popup, enter the new store’s URL.

  4. Click Add new store.

  5. Wait 1-2 minutes for the system to create the store.

  6. A confirmation message will appear:

    “Store ‘yourstore.com’ created successfully.”

  7. To confirm, click your store name again and check the dropdown menu for the newly added store.

Note

If the confirmation message appears, but you don’t see the store, try refreshing the page and checking again.
