This report is designed to help you:
Identify specific products with syndication issues due to unmatched unique identifiers.
Understand discrepancies in review counts.
Update product identifiers in your catalog to ensure accurate and effective syndication.
In this article, you’ll learn how to generate and interpret the Syndication Report.

Report Insights
The Syndication Report provides a detailed overview of your product catalog’s syndication status. For each product, it includes the following details:
Product Status: Represents the match between a product from Yotpo's catalog and the retailer's catalog, based on one of the unique identifiers.
Collected Reviews: The total number of reviews collected in Yotpo, excluding syndicated reviews. Differences in review counts (between Yotpo Manage Reviews page and the numbers shown in the report) may arise because certain sources, such as syndicated reviews from another one of your stores, are not eligible for sharing with the retailer.
Syndicated Reviews: Reviews that have passed the retailer’s moderation guidelines, regardless of whether you have chosen to publish them on your site.
Product Identifier Type: Displays the identifier for each product (e.g. UPC), or remains empty if no identifier is available on Yotpo's catalog.
Location URL: A link to the product’s page on the retailer’s website.
Last Updated: The last date when the product’s syndication status was modified.
Let’s see that in action with an example below.
Example Report

How to interpret the rows:
Tip
A product may appear in multiple rows in the report with different syndication statuses. This can occur when a product has more than one GTIN and only some of them match the retailer’s catalog.
If you are looking for a specific product, filter or sort the report by the product name or GTIN to see all associated statuses.
Row 1 (LuminoClean 360): This product has a match in the retailer’s catalog.
Row 3 (AeroPulse Max): This product does not have a match in the retailer’s catalog.
Row 4 (VitalCore Tracker): This product does not have an identifier in Yotpo’s catalog and does not have a match in the retailer’s catalog.
