You can import reviews you've already collected from another platform into Yotpo. The available import methods depend on your eCommerce platform and plan – see Migrating to Yotpo for detailed instructions.

Yotpo automatically moderates reviews based on predefined rules and compliance requirements. You can also manually approve, reject, or hide reviews from the Reviews dashboard – learn more in Reviews Moderation.

Reviews may appear immediately or after moderation, depending on your auto-publishing settings. To understand when reviews are published, see Auto-publishing Reviews.
