Goals and Outcomes
The Reviews Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your reviews performance, including review volume, ratings distribution, collection sources, and order-level review activity over time.
In this article, you’ll learn how to:
Navigate the Reviews Dashboard and its main sections.
Understand key metrics such as review volume, average rating, and review status.
Analyze Order to Review performance at the order level.
Identify which insights support product-level analysis and which don’t.
Use dashboard data to monitor and improve your review collection strategy.
Note
This dashboard reflects data collected as of January 1, 2018. Filtering by a date prior to January 1, 2018 will not return data for your search.
Accessing the Reviews Dashboard
Log into Yotpo Reviews.
In the main menu, click Analytics, and choose Reviews.

Optimization Actions
The Optimization Actions panel highlights recommended actions you can take to improve your Reviews performance.

Each recommendation includes an action button that takes you directly to the relevant page in the Admin.

Star Distribution
This panel displays reviews by rating, showing both a percentage and a total number.
Click on any of the Read Reviews to view reviews with that rating on the Moderation page.

Geographical Distribution
This panel shows reviews based on the reviewer’s country. The top four countries are displayed.

Devices Segmentation (Written Reviews)
This panel shows which devices were used to submit written reviews, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Reviews Status
This panel shows the proportion of published and pending reviews.
Filtering by Date
Use the Date range dropdown to filter dashboard data.

To show results for a specific period:
Select Custom Range in the Date Range drop-down menu:

Enter the start date in the left-hand calendar panel

Showing insights for a specific product
To show data for a specific product:
Start typing the product name or product ID in the Search for products box
Select the product from the drop-down list
The Dashboard Tabs
In this tab you can view the number of reviews per source and star rating over the time period you select. The data is displayed as a stack column chart, with each review source in a different color.

Filtering by Reviews Source
To filter the results by the reviews source:
Click the source button to show or hide the source.
The graph is updated.
Tip
The All Sources option toggles between selecting all sources and none.
Filtering by Star Rating
To filter the results by the Star Rating, select or unselect the checkbox for the Star Rating in the Star Rating drop-down menu.
Tip
The All Stars checkbox toggles between all Ratings and no Ratings.
Accessing the Average Star Ratings Tab
To open this tab, click the Average Star Rating tab in the dashboard.

Accessing the Order to Review Tab
The overall conversion rate, from email to review, is calculated from Automatic Review Requests, Manual Site Review Requests, Multiple Review Request forms, Site Reviews After Service, Site Reviews After Invoice, and Manual Product Review Request emails.
The Orders to Review rate for Automatic Review Requests is calculated based on the percentage of orders that result in at least one review being submitted.
If you’ve configured Smart Reminder emails or Bulk Purchase settings (where multiple emails are sent from a single order), Yotpo tracks whether a buyer submits a review for the order as a whole. Conversion rates aren’t calculated per individual Automatic Review Request email.
For example, an order containing two items is placed on your store. You send an Automatic Review Request and a reminder email for each item, meaning the customer receives four review request emails for the same order. If the customer submits a review for one product from a reminder email, the conversion rate for that order is 100%, because at least one review was generated for the order.
To open the Orders to Review tab, click the Orders to Review tab in the dashboard.

Note
The Reviews Dashboard represents reviews from single-product orders as Automatic Review Requests and reviews from the Multi-Product Form as Multi-Product Review Requests.
The Orders to Review view can’t be filtered by product. Product-level conversion data isn’t available in this tab.
