You can configure Yotpo loyalty rewards to be used alongside Shopify discounts at checkout. This enables your customers to redeem loyalty rewards while also benefiting from eligible Shopify discounts, thus creating a more flexible checkout experience. Here’s how it works and how to set it up.
Limitations

Referral rewards

Keep in mind:
The discount combination settings in Yotpo apply to all loyalty rewards created in Yotpo.
It is not possible to exclude individual rewards or coupons (for example, a birthday reward) from these settings.
For two discounts to combine, they must be configured to allow combinations in both Yotpo and Shopify.
Example: If you have a Shopify discount code, such as NJP3WFA0TS8C, make sure it is configured in Shopify to allow combinations. It can then be combined with a Yotpo loyalty reward that is also configured to allow the same combinations. In Shopify, you can see which discount types the code can be combined with and the maximum number of discounts allowed at checkout.

Setting Up Combination Discounts
From your Yotpo Loyalty admin, go to Program Settings > General Settings.
Scroll down to the Shopify discount combinations section.
Select the Shopify discount types that loyalty rewards can combine with.
Important
The settings you configure here apply to every loyalty reward created in Yotpo, except referrals. Individual rewards cannot have different discount combination settings.
